No selection, no curatorship, no payola, no interest rates, no input, no output
Anyone who is at least three years old may entry.
Plastic and visual works, performances, videos and music are accepted.
Special audiovisual equipments should be provided by the artist who is responsible for its operation and maintenance. The days and the timetable will be schedule with the gallery.
Prices
. Let’s Xic: R$600,00 (each 1,5mx1,5m). Payment may be done in three R$200,00 installments: 1st at the entry day, 2nd until the next 5th day, 3rd until the other 5th day.
. Special room: R$300,00 (each 1mx1m).
. Music: R$100,00.
. Video: R$100,00 for exhibition (30 minutes max.)
. Performance: R$100,00 for performance (1 hour max.)
Each exhibit will run for up to 30 days.

70% for the artist
30% for Casa da Xiclet
Procedures
Those willing to participate should send an email to casadaxiclet@gmail.com with the following data:
. The chosen vacancy
. Portfolio with photographic documentation of the artist’s works presenting at the most 10 images.
If there are vacancies then Casa da Xiclet will reply the email with the entry card and then the artist should reply with:
. Picture of the artwork
. Picture of the artist when he/she was a child (baby or 5, 6 years old)
. A copy of the payment receipt. The original receipt should be held by the artist in case of an eventual proof.

The entry will only be confirmed once we receive the payment receipt via email which is also the vacancy control.
Artwork delivery
Once confirmed the artist should send his work, sign on the back, properly packed, with the entry card filled in and sign.
The artwork transportation is the artist complete responsability.
It is indispensable that the work must arrive in schedule otherwise the work will not be exhibited and there will be no refunds.

The artwork can be delivered personally at time and date to be previously scheduled.
Artwork withdrawal
The works cannot be withdrawn before the end of the exhibit.
Beware: the artist has seven days after the end of the exhibit to remove the artwork otherwise it will be incorporated to Casa da Xiclet’s collection and may be put where and how the gallery is pleased with it.
Other details
. The artwork must be in presentable conditions
. When sending photography please send it with double-sided tape or with a nail support attached to it.
. Casa da Xiclet has the right to veto works and presentations that may damaged the physical and ideological integrity of the gallery.
. If an artwork or a presentation damages the area the artist will be held responsible and will pay for the repairs. The gallery walls should be delivered the same they were before the exhibit.
. Really bad artwork will not be exhibit and the entry payment will be returned.
. All works selected and its image can be used for disclosure of the event during, after and before the exhibit.
. Anything not covered by this statute will be solved by Casa da Xiclet whose decisions are final and irrevocable.
. The act entry implies automatic and full agreement with this statute.
Beware: We do not read portfolios.
